Fill in the child’s name, age, and tell the story of how the tooth was lost in the comment section. Cut out the tooth that was lost from the teeth chart. Amy, love this kit! I used your pattern with heat transfer and it worked great. We also used your Lost Tooth Certificate and filled in our “missing” tooth with glitter glue. It was a hit and such a fun way to document this big milestone! Thanks so much for putting this together.
